🎈 Return Policy:

1. Non-Returnable Items:

   • All event décor items, balloons (inflated/deflated), party supplies, and customized products are non-returnable due to their nature and hygiene concerns.

   • Perishable items such as flowers and food gifts are non-returnable.

2. Returnable Conditions:

   • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

   • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo/video proof via WhatsApp at 0332-3405771 or email at info@karachiballoons.com.

🔁 Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed only for incorrect or damaged items delivered.

• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

🚚 Pickup & Return Procedure:

• If your return/exchange request is approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you for courier return.

• Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

💸 Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued only in case of unavailable stock, or if we are unable to fulfill your order.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

• We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for items that do not meet our policy criteria.

• Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
